Chapter 4-9

I tried doing my reading throughout the week because of the quantity involved. I think my tired state of mind really effected what I got out of it. I understood much of it because of prior study (as Lisa said in her post, she learns better by doing somthing over and over). But the theorist Gagne was new to me and I can't say that I particularly understood. I will pay close attention to what is written about him in our upcoming papers.

I wish I were further along on my research of Howard Gardner. I did find some great articles from the online databases provided by the library. I don't miss having to actually go to the library to find a periodical - aisles and aisles and shelves upon shelves of books. But I fondly remember the feeling of success when I eventually found the article I on my treasure hunt for.

If I was closer to Warresnburg, or the Burg as we called it during my undergrad, I'd definitely go look for books. And I guess when it comes time for my actual thesis I'll have to do that. But I know what you mean about the feeling of finding what you were looking for.
